It is provided by HERIBIO INC, headquartered in South Korea, and HERIBio USA, which provides the HERi2go service in the United States ("we", "us").
If you have a HERi2go account, your use of the HERi2go platform (clinic.heri2go.com and lab.heri2go.com) is governed by the HERi2go Platform Privacy Policy for clinics or labs. Advertising is not shown inside the platform, and no account, order or patient information is used for advertising.
Information collected on the Website
You can read the Website without creating an account. When you visit, the following may be collected automatically by us or by the third-party services described below:

- Pages viewed, referring page and time of visit
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies
If you contact us through the chat on the Website, we and our chat provider (listed below) receive your messages, any contact details you choose to provide, and basic technical information about your browser. We use this to respond to you and to provide support.
