What we do
Ordering a crown or bridge from a lab usually means exporting scans, filling in an order form, emailing back and forth about details, and tracking shipments by hand. HERi2go replaces that with a single workflow:
- Orders from your scanner cloud. Clinics add HERi2go as a partner in their scanner software (iTero, Medit, 3Shape, Shining 3D, Dentsply DS Core or DEXIS) and send the case. The order form is generated automatically from the case data.
- Design review before fabrication. The lab's CAD design is shared with the clinic for review, and fabrication starts once the design is approved. Clinics can also choose to auto-approve designs from labs they trust.
- Direct communication with the lab. Each case has a chat with built-in translation, so clinics and labs in different countries can discuss details in their own language.
- Tracking to the door. Case status, shipping and delivery are visible on the web and in the HERi2go Clinic app for iOS and Android.
How we work with labs
Restorations are designed and fabricated by partner dental labs in South Korea using CAD/CAM workflows. Before shipping, cases go through a quality check, protective packaging and plasma sterilization, and are shipped from Korea to the clinic. Clinics should still follow their own disinfection protocol before try-in. Our target is delivery within 7 days.
HERi2go is a platform that brokers orders between clinics and labs. The partner lab is responsible for producing each case, and if a delivered restoration has a problem, you can file a claim or request a remake through the platform, with HERi2go mediating where needed. The Terms of Service describe how this works.
Working directly with labs in Korea is what lets us keep prices competitive without lowering the quality bar.

Who we are
HERi2go is developed and operated by HERIBIO INC, headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, which also hosts the platform's data in Korea. In the United States, the service is provided by HERIBio USA. We also coordinate shipping between partner labs and clinics, and we build the platform around the problems we see in real cases every day.
